Please find the write up for the "Over a Brew" coffee session which took place on the 28th February 2026 with people who access care and support, carers, families, local authority staff including commissioners and providers.  The focus of the session was on "putting people at the heart of care and support" and what that means to people.

Please find all the "Over a Brew" co-production coffee session writes ups on a page for 2024/25.  Each of the session in "Season 3" have provided feedback from people who access care and support, families, carers, providers and commissioners on the things that need to improve in relation to topic areas selected by the "Putting People at the Heart of Care and Support Working Group". The write ups have been provided to local areas so local councils can reflect on these with their own communities but also have helped to influence improvement work across the East of England Sector Led Improvement Programme.  We are very grateful to everyone's involvement and contributions and it is already making a huge difference to work across the region.
