HAPPI Hour – Putting people at the heart of new housing development – coproducing a place we call home

With details about the Department of Health and Social Care’s Housing Transformation Fund due to be announced this autumn, this timely HAPPI Hour session focuses on a new Best Practice Guide produced by ADASS East of England, and supported by the Housing LIN, which provides examples of integration, partnership working and coproduction across Housing, Adult Social Care and Health to help transform services in the region.
