About Improvement Board
Welcome to the Regional Improvement Board
The Regional Improvement Board brings together Directors of Adult Social Care, their strategic teams and partnerships. The Board provides leadership and support to the Eastern Region’s Sector Led Improvement Programme for Adult Social Care . As well as supporting regional improvement, the network is an important space to meet to develop strategies, provide mutual peer support to one another including challenge, share good practice and agree targeted interventions to drive up local performance and ensure better outcomes for our local populations.
