Alongside our commitment to embed the Think Local Act Personal I/We Statements, to provide more choice and control for people, and to build more innovative community capacity, we have been running a series of Regional Building Positive Futures events since December 2020 which bring together staff and commissioners with expert organisations to learn about work regionally and across the country which is leading to better outcomes for people. The sessions are called learning sets and run for 2 hours and most importantly bring in lived experience as well as learning from outside the region.
Since the commencement of the programme, we have started to build video material of what we are learning, so that we avoid duplication and create the right conditions for success to grow innovation.
