About the Assistant Directors Forum
Welcome to the Assistant Director Forum
The forum encourages Assistant Directors to come together to share work plans, intelligence, joint initiatives and to develop a clear understanding of challenges in order to improve adult social care and the outcomes for people.
The Assistant Director Forum builds on strong relationships and works in partnership to influence and develop the future of adult social care. We would welcome colleagues from both Commissioning and Operational services to become involved.
