Over a Brew Write Up - From the Joint Putting People at the Heart of Care and Support and Over a Brew meeting 10th September 2024

Please find the write up from the review of our "Over a Brew" and "Putting People at the Heart of Care and Support" working group over the last year setting out reflections and next steps.  The meeting took place in person on the 10th September 2024.  The presentation involved some ripple mapping recording of what difference the regional "Over a Brew" is making to local co-production delivery.  It contains some useful and exciting progress of which we will continue to build upon with a new commitment document being created for 2025/26.

Mental Health Workshop, Theme 1: Hospital Discharge 3rd September 2024

Please find attached, a presentation provided at the Mental Health Themed Workshop 1 which was focused on hospital discharge.  The workshops will be taking place once a month starting September 2024 through to March 2025.  The meeting took place on the 3rd September and the presentation was provided by Abbie Murr, Social Care and Health Collaborative and put together as part of Abbie's work with Partners in Care and Health.  Pete Devlin, Essex County Council chaired the meeting with support from the ADASS East Sector Led Improvement Programme
